Mental Health Awareness at Littlegreen Academy

Pupils and staff explored ways to support and strengthen our mental health. As part of our discussion, we looked at the positive impact that being outdoors and staying active can have on our wellbeing.

To put this into practice, we headed outside for a high-energy Gladiators activity! The pupils were full of smiles, cheers, and laughter — releasing those all-important happy endorphins.

It was a joyful, energising way to wrap up a fantastic week at Littlegreen Academy 💚
