Winchester Science Centre & Planetarium
Lower School visited Winchester Science Centre . . . .We started on the upper floor, there was lots to enjoy and explore in the sound, hearing and vibration exhibition. We climbed into a massive guitar and felt it vibrate when we plucked the strings, created buildings of Lego to withstand the vibrations of an earthquake and explored the sounds on a building site.
We then moved on to the lower floor, which was filled with fantastic things to see and do. We explored space like engineers and astronauts do and continued on our journey out of this world by making and launching our own rockets. Three, two, one!
We then flew around space exploring the planets of our solar system in the planetarium. The Planetarium was epic, it's a massive screen all around you to make you feel like you're flying through space.
